We will seek to provide corporations assistance in understanding the Capital Markets, how they function, and how to access them, including assistance in assembling a financing team, negotiating fees and objective advice on pricing issues.

We also seek to assist Investment Banks, Broker Dealers and Bank Holding Companies in employee training on Capital Markets issues, compliance, and procedures.

We will also make our services available to accountants, attorneys, and the various regulatory organizations and industry groups.
